“Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). ”

“I book this hotel because they have free shuttle service from/to Hahn airport, but when i call to book, the “”very unfriendly staff”” ask me to call directly the driver, that told me i had to book 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE, WHICH IS, IN MY OPINION, ABSURD !!! The room was not bad, but THERE WERE 4 SPIDERS, and that means they don’t clean Good. In addition the water in the shower was only warm. I’m a very frequent traveller and I won’t suggest this hotel, for this price find something else !! ”

“Fantastisk oplevelse. Ankommer sent fra Frankrig. Ringer da receptionen burde være lukket på det tidspunkt. Ingen problemer. Restauranten lukkede 20.30 vi var der, de havde allerede noget klart til os - super dejligt og tak. Værelserne store, rummelige og godt indrettet. Sengen enorm. Vi sov godt. Buffeten næste morgen var flot og lækker, der manglede intet. Vi kommer igen og vil nok benytte os af et 3 dages tilbud, hvor man besøger vingård og sejler på Mosel.”
