The country house is surrounded by more than 23 hectares of open countryside: woods, meadows, olive groves, vineyards and cereal fields. Here you will find an ideal place for a peaceful holiday in a still very unspoilt natural environment. With around 11,000 inhabitants, Volterra offers a comprehensive infrastructure, supermarkets, specialised shops, boutiques, restaurants of all kinds and price ranges. Cities such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena and San Gimigniano are between 30 and 80 kilometres away and the Mediterranean is only 40 kilometres away. On the entrance level there is a large living room with a suite, dining table and open fireplace, as well as a kitchen area, bathroom and a small entrance hall. The kitchen furniture is made of solid chestnut wood with worktops made of real granite. The equipment includes a dishwasher, a cooker with 4 ceramic hobs and an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine and a toaster as well as a hairdryer. There is air conditioning and heating and a constant central hot water supply as well as satellite TV with numerous German programmes and a stereo system with CD player.
