Fully furnished, Lakefront home welcomes you to beautiful Beach Pond. This 2 bedroom house accommodates a max of 6 guests (include children in headcount). Master bedroom boasts a stunning lake view and direct access to the waterside deck. Second bedroom is furnished with queen size bunk beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, toaster, keurig, coffee pot, and an assortment of coffees, teas, sweeteners & creamers. Bedrooms & bathrooms provide all the essentials needed for your stay, including a full size washer, dryer, laundry essentials, iron & board, hair dryer, toiletries, bathroom towels, all bedding and extra blankets The spacious deck off the living room provides ample seating for dining & relaxing while overlooking the water. A shaded patio with bbq grill & dining area provides more space with exquisite views of the lake. Generous grounds include a fire pit, personal dock with kayaks for your use & swimming area (seasonal). Beautiful, quiet neighborhood is great for walking and jogging. Privately owned off-street parking lot directly across from home (shared with our other home). Two public boat launches are available on the lake (CT & RI). Located central to popular attractions like Foxwoods Resort & Casino, Mohegan Sun, Norwich Inn & Spa, Mystic, Newport, Narragansett, Providence, Golf Courses, Vineyards & Breweries, Beaches, Hiking, Dining, Shopping & more! Air conditioning & heat throughout the home year round. A welcome binder with house rules and important information is located in the home. If you would like a copy of house rules and policies prior to arrival, please contact me and I'll forward the information to you. Guests agree to abide by house rules when booking a reservation at our home, including a 6 guest max on the premises (include children in headcount), no parties/events, no smoking and no pets/animals of any kind.

Such a great stay!! The house is immaculate and fully stocked with anything that you might need. Beds are comfy and the view is just breathtaking. We have stayed at many lake houses and were disappointed with unfriendly neighbors and dirty lake water but were happy this was very clean and the neighbors were nice. We had alot of fun on the kayaks and brought our boat for tubing. The fishing was awesome as well. I communicated with Staci a few times and she was more than kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!
