“Beschreibung der Immobilie passte, alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben, und noch etwas besser. Sehr gepflegter Pool und Anlage. Auch Kleinigkeiten, die jedoch große Freude bringen wie Kaffe, Handseife etc waren sogar vorhanden. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden, alles war tiptop hergerichtet und sauber. Ich kann die Anlage 100%tig weiterempfehlen.”

“The house was beautiful and in a great location. There are lovely beaches around and a car was needed to see all the sites. The house was incredibly clean all of the amenities you would need. The owner also communicated promptly and was always helpful. We would highly recommend this house.”

“The house itself is very clean, very complete and nice. Maybe a bit small, especially the masterbedroom feels a bit cramped. Everything you might need is there, even toiletteries and beachtowels. Contact with Athanasios was friendly and nice. The view from the garden is fantastic! The garden is lovely, the pool is clean and nice. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 14 to town. This accomodation is exactly as it shows on the website! Highly recommended!”

“The apartment is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. In particular, the terrace with the sofa is really good for chilling at night. The hosts, Lena and Monica, are very kind and helpful in providing pieces of information about what to do in the surroundings. This is a very good location to explore Chalkidiki.”

“Wir waren 2 Wochen im Haus Magda und haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man sehr gut zu den tollen Stränden Karidi und Fava - Schnorchel nicht vergessen! SUP am besten gleich mit einstecken! 😀 Das Haus befindet sich auf dem gleichen Grundstück wie das der Gastgeber, welche sehr angenehm freundlich sind und uns hier und da Köstlichkeiten aus Garten und Küche zukommen ließen. Das Grundstück liegt in zweiter Reihe weshalb die Lage auch sehr ruhig ist! Vom Außenduschplatz...

“Das Haus ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe hat alles, was man braucht. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Dieser ist während unseres Urlaubes nicht voll gewesen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett warteten auf uns trotz zweistündiger Verspätung der Fähre. Zur Begrüßung wartete eine Überraschung auf uns im Kühlschrank. Wir würden immer wieder hinfahren.”

“Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und fantastisch, jede Morgen und Abend der Blick auf den Berg Atos. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und er sehr sauber und in einem top Zustand. Myrto und ihr Mann standen uns immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sicher wieder.”

“wir waren leider nur 9 Tage dort, es hätte gerne mehr sein können. Das Haus ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Viel Platz auf der Terasse und am Strand. Die kleine Bucht hat man fast alleine zum Baden. Auch der kleine Bootsverleih nebenan kann empfolen werden. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr nett.”

“Alles top und sehr gemütliche traumhafte wohnung mit großem balkon. Nachts hört man die hunde laut bellen, aber hat uns nicht gestört. Die gegend und die altstadt von nikiti ist sehr schön und traumhafte strände :) Kann man nur empfehlen.”

“Casa spaziosa e ben arredata, dotata di ogni elettrodomestico necessario (lavatrice, macchina del caffè espresso e americano, lavastoviglie, condizionatore, ...) e molto accogliente. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità, in accordo con la proprietaria Eleni, di effettuare check in e check out posticipato. Lei è sempre stata molto disponibile e abbiamo comunicato comodamente via whatsapp. Noi eravamo in 5 adulti e ci siamo divisi gli spazi molto agevolmente, stando persino larghi. Consigliatissimo!”

“Das Haus und der Garten sind toll. Es liegt zentral und alle Strände sind leicht zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und ist geräumig. Das einzige Makel ist, dass die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich ist und somit alle 3 Schlafzimmer nicht in Reichweite sind. Das war dann bei 30 Grad plus schon sehr unangenehm, auch wenn es noch einen Ventilator gab. Hier besteht Verbesserungspotential. Also wen heisse Nächte nicht stören, kann ruhigen Gewissens diese Haus mieten. Ansonsten war alles super...

“The accommodation was big enough for 4 people. On both sides of us were two families of 8 people. We thought that it would be a bit noisy but there was not a problem. . We had some minor problems though. . No shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom, only two broken sun beds . These issues were resolved eventually by communicating with the owner In Germany. The pool was in need of repair and there was a time limit when we could use it . The steps down to the beach were rusty in places and when...

“We had a simply incredible stay which was a combination of amazing facilities, incredible location, great food and the most amazing and accomodating hosts. We loved being by the sea and when not relaxing at the beach we were relaxing at our private pool. Thank you for a few amazing days at Villa D’Oro. ”
