“Check in and communication were excellent. Property was very well maintained and clean as a whistle.Guest instructions were very clear and appreciated. Wifi, kitchen, and amenities all good. Was a quick stay as we drove down 80 and needed a pit stop but gave a good respite and was much appreciated. ”

“Clean and comfortable home-a bit on the outskirts of downtown, but it would be convenient if you were visiting students at the University”

“It was a great home for our family and friends. We utilized the outside area the most as we had beautiful weather. We went hiking and tubing very close to the cabin. It was very clean and met all of our needs. The kids loved the game room as well as the Cornhole tournament we had. We created ever lasting memories. My only recommendation would to get a new hot tub cover as it was very hard to get it on and off and it didn't fit well. Overall we had a great time there! ”

“Great yard and outdoor spaces. Bright and roomy inside. Very clean. Kitchen stocking is limited so take any speciality things you might need (mixer, microwave bowls, storage containers) if planning a longer stay. Mattresses for bunk beds more suitable for young children - small and hard mattresses. Adult beds are comfy. Black out curtains would be an appreciated addition for the summer months. ”

“We were in Clarion for a wedding. It was the perfect place with everyone having their own bedroom and a large living room/kitchen where we could be together. It’s a beautiful house with lots of charm. ”

“Awesome location. Got to kayak the river and end the trip right at the house. Didn’t have to go pick up boats at another location. ”

“We had a great time at Tall Timbers. The live edge wood in the bathroom and gorgeous wood cabinets and table and chairs were awesome. The furniture was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing! The lighting was bright and the whole house was very clean. Plenty of space for the six of us! We will return!”

“This is a very nicely renovated home, the listing is very accurate and so are the pictures. The curtains are thin so if light bothers you sleeping this may be an issue. A very common item not in the listing or provided is a coffee pot or cups. So if you are in the 66% that drink coffee bring you own,or plan to go buy it somewhere, which adds cost to your trip. Everything else is very nice great appliances, the kitchen is well equipped. ”

“This Cabin was more than we could have hoped for. We loved the open floor plan of the main living area and the downstairs was like a man cave/hunters paradise. We had fun with the Billiards table. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub this time. Beautiful property with walking trails for the doggies. Nice quite country road also good for walking. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay again if in the area. Great communications with our host Larry. We want to thank him again for...
