“OMG! We just loved Chongos Place! The cabins are so cute and beautiful, clean with all necessities. The porch with the hammock was just our favorite place. The plants right outside the porch invite these beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies that we got to observe up close! And the pool was amazing, we spend hours in it each day. Great if you have kids (my daughter never wanted to leave the pool!) And to top it all... the view of the Arenal is breathtaking. Check in/ check outs were...

“We spent 2 nights in the hotel. Truly a great find! Each suite is an independent cabaña with its own terrace and garden. The room was very big, comfortable bed and indoors jacuzzi (which we didn’t try) outlooking the garden. Room is well isolated so animals won’t wake you up. “Room was clean. Staff was above and beyond. Room service staff hospitality was off the charts, she went above and beyond and even took the time to make a beautiful display with our hand towels. Hotel location is in a very convenient location. I will stay here again!”

“Was greeted upon arrival with a cold towel and a drink. The staff was efficient in checking us in, took us to the room and helped deliver the luggage. (This facility only has stairs). Our room had an amazing view of Aranal Volcano (when it is not under the clouds). The Hot Springs are cleaned daily, which is AWESOME! Our stay was fabulous!”
