“One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly ”

“Very nice hotel and excellent value for money. Stand was the service - front desk, cleaning, restaurant all so very helpful and spoke enough English to help me. We had a balcony room, which was a good space - not cramped, and also a good feel. Nice shower good air cond, and felt safe - also fairly quiet. Location was good - plenty of food and coffee options incl markets near and a ten minute walk up to the gardens. The only small criticism is the towels are getting a bit old but still work...

“とても良かった。 ホテル内のレストランは種類が充実しており味も美味しかった。 また、遊び場も多く子供たちとパターゴルフを楽しんだりできた。今回は1泊だけだったが、もう少し時間があればさらに色々な探索ができたのだろうと思う。 残念な点はプールに関して水が濁っており入ることに抵抗があった。また、とても水が冷たいので水温を上げてくれると入りやすい。”

“The place is a little bit far from the main road, but the site is quiet and nice. We enjoyed all the facilities and had a nice and delicious meal in the restaurant due to heavy traffic. The price is not low; however, all hotels in Puncak are not cheap too. However, some facilities are worn out. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good”

“시내의 조금은 조용한 지역에 있어서 숙박하기는 좋았으나 음식점이나 큰 쇼핑몰에서는 떨어져 있어서 차량이 필요함. 걸어서 갈수 있는 곳에 커피점이나 옷가게 아울렛이 몇개 있고 공원이 있슴. 아침식사용 부풰레스토랑의 음식은 가지수가 많지는 않았지만 빵/과일과 커피 등 제공되어 깨끗하고 좋았슴. 단지 식당의 의자가 끌리면서 소음이 많이 나는 것은 아이디어 필요해 보임. 저녁식사용 부페를 이용해 보았는데 가격대비 다소 부족해 보임”

“I was going there for our escape plan vacation with my family. we love nature experience for vacation. After we went to Taman Safari, we chose this hotel for stay 1 night. the neighborhood and scenery is awesome. we love it. however, when we went there we have some trouble with the tv channel. It had some bad connection through all day till we checked out. Internet was very good.”

“Saya pesan kamar non smoking, tp kondisi kamar bau rokok banget, akhirnya minta pindah kamar. Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya. Karena kondisi sudah terlalu malam, dan anak2 sudah mengantuk, akhirnya saya...
