“After a 6-hour drive, my stay began with a frustrating check-in. The night clerk’s communication was unclear and dismissive. I was asked to step aside, then called back without explanation, and later handed paperwork with no guidance after returning from my car when tap-to-pay wasn’t accepted. Dining that evening raised concerns as well. My 3 year old child was given fries with sriracha ketchup without any warning, despite saying he was hungry. “I was on the 2nd floor and It was a nice quiet hotel. I dint hear people yelling or running up and down the halls. Theres a pond out front you can feed the turtles. They swim up to you looking for food.”

“Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.”

“I felt very welcomed when I entered the house to check in. Obviously it’s a bed in brew so I was offered a nice cold IPA even before I did my check-in. It’s a fun place to stay. There are others that don’t stay at the hotel that come just to drink so you have a lot of companionship if you want others to talk with while you’re having your beer.”

“Parking was easy and free in their lot beside the hotel. Checking in was a breeze, and we were granted early access to our room, since it had already been cleaned. The staff was courteous and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the ice water (with lemon or orange slices in it) and coffee available in the lobby all day for free.
