Adatto ai bambini! Goditi il tuo soggiorno nella nostra favolosa casa moderna Mid-Century Waco, presentata su Fixer Upper nella stagione 2! Questa casa è stata sapientemente ristrutturata da Magnolia Homes. Situata nel centro della città, immersa nella superficie boschiva del quartiere di Mountain View, questa struttura offre una vista mozzafiato sui boschi, un patio coperto con pergolato con grill, un open space e una splendida cucina all'avanguardia. Con il suo nuovo raccordo in cedro, questo moderno "montagna" è sicuro di offrire la dose perfetta di "zen" di cui potresti aver bisogno. La nostra casa è a 4 letti / 3 bagni, più un asilo nido dalla camera da letto principale, perfetto per il tuo bambino, o un materasso ad aria sul pavimento per i bambini. La casa dormirà 10-12 persone (materasso ad aria regina per 11-12). Convenientemente situato a 12-15 minuti dal centro di Waco, The Magnolia Silos e Baylor, con HEB e Target in strada, non puoi battere questa posizione. Quando si sceglie una casa in cui soggiornare, il quartiere è molto importante per la sicurezza. Questa casa si trova in un ottimo quartiere e non abbiamo mai avuto paura di uscire o fare passeggiate, anche di notte.

Unfortunately we lost a days stay due to weather dela flight from KC, MO to DFW. Once arrived we were pleasantly pleased with this Mid Century Mod style home as seen on Fixer Upper. Going to Magnolia Market and seeing the 1928 Hotel and Castle was on my Moms bucket list. Suggestions from hosts on restaurants and locations were enjoyed by all of us. The 8 of us slept comfortably . We really enjoyed our first evening out on the coverd patio complete with firepit! Overall a beautifully equipped property/kitchen and inviting living areas.Thanks Jill & Josh!

It was perfect for our family stay. 4 adults, and 4 children ages 12,10, 4 and 9 months. The parents of the 2 oldest children live in Waco and joined us during the day. I truly believe the spacious living/kitchen/dinning area was the main contributing factor in the enjoyment of our visit. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kids LOVED the garage conversion. My daughter with the 9 month old greatly appreciated and enjoyed the sweet nursery next to their bedroom. This is one Mother’s Day I will forever cherish.

A very nice place to stay that lives up to its reputation. The house has been well maintained since its TV makeover making it a great place to stay for a visit to Waco. The hosts are right on top of it and very responsive. Highly recommended.

The property is unique (fun to watch the episode on Fixer Upper) and met our needs for an overnight stay and place to chill after graduation ceremony. Note that parking is limited and house is on a busy street. It’s an older home (despite the remodel) so there are expected signs of age. Note there are two steps into the main living area (which was a hardship for two of our guests).

It was the BEST Thanksgiving! The Baylor WIN helped since our “bear” plays! It really was the perfect house for our family to spend time together! It was so spacious with open living/kitchen areas and great seating! Wish we were still there! And so clean and just a cool vibe throughout. Thank you for a memorable weekend! Also loved the Christmas tree! Felt so homey & festive! Very easy checkout too! Probably the best ever!

It was fun to see the mid mod featured in fixer upper. Unfortunately the property was not being well maintained. It is listed for sale so that may be part of it but the front door has a large crack in a panel that you can see through. The living room carpet is filthy, the fan over the range was covered in grease and the windows were dirty. It was nice to have the mid century living room furniture which was comfortable. It’s little touches like remote controls for the living room tv not labeled and missing batteries. I didn’t contact the property owners about any of the issues because they didn’t impact our stay. Overall it was adequate but I would not choose it again. Bbb. Bbb

No cloth towels in the kitchen Very few paper towels Bedroom tvs didn’t work Cockroach in the master bedroom on floor Bathroom rug didn’t seem clean Patio could have been blown cleaner Comfy beds! Wonderful open feel. Interesting Overall we enjoyed our stay

We had a long weekend trip for 7 ladies from the class of 1965 that have remained great friends throughout all these years. We try to have frequent trips so places in Texas. The Mid-Mod house was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall we enjoyed the Mid-century modern, lots of room for us all and beautiful kitchen area. It did appear a little run-down and could easily be brought up to perfect (floors polished, shabby shredded rugs replaced, windows cleaned).

We took some good friends to see Waco and this home was the perfect place to gather. The home is close to everything and provides the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The living and dining area of the house bring the outdoors inside and provide a very relaxing environment. The patio setting is beautiful and provided a great spot for coffee in the mornings listening to the birds. The home fit the six of us just right and the kitchen provided everything we needed. It was interesting to see the video restoration and history of the home. Josh was a great host and was easily accessible for questions. If you are headed to Waco, this is where you want to stay!

Location and house was as pictured with comfortable living room for visiting and had a good house lay out for the 4 of us. However, we messaged host with areas needing to be addressed for maintenance. If those are addressed I would change the rating to 5 star.
