This gorgeous apartment is the PERFECT location to experience the best of Waco. With Magnolia/Silos only 3 minutes away, Baylor only 5 minutes, and Waco restaurants, shopping, and more a short walk from the apartment you couldn't be in a better spot. While at the apartment sleep like royalty in our luxurious KING BED and be inspired by the midcentury-modern decor. If you love Mid-century modern you will love this apartment. To top it off we have a spacious king bed along with a couch that folds down into a full size bed.

You have the whole place to yourself. Our apartment doesn't have any community spaces.

This apartment is on the main street in Waco, Austin Ave. Walk down all 13 blocks and experience all of the beautiful history Balcones, Milo, Waco Ax co, and Wine Shoppe are some of our favorite things that are a short walk away.

There are restaurant and shops in walking distance of the apartment. However, Waco has a lot of free parking so we always recommend driving if it's going to be a hot day or you're wanting to do some shopping.

The bathroom is in the bedroom so if someone is sleeping on the couch they will have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Also, since your downtown there will be some street noise and light at night. There is also a train the runs through Waco so if you are a really light sleeper this might not be your best spot. It didn't bother my wife and I when we lived here but we always want to be transparent about things that could detract from your stay.
