“HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. “Breakfast was good parking well lit and safe”

“Property was fine. Evening staff overbooked the hotel and blamed Expedia and me the consumer for using them to make my reservation and for that reason I wouldn't be able to get a room for the night. Nothing about what they were saying made sense. Luckily the hotel manager who was contacted had the sense to get me a room. It was really embarrassing and the last thing you want to hear at 11pm with young children after you've been traveling all day. The front desk staff (older woman) then...

“John who was at the desk the evening that we checked in was the consummate professional - a very gracious host. The ground are nicely kept; the lobby is clean and inviting; and the room was very clean, comfortable, and the bed was perfect. The hostess for breakfast was very friendly and helpful. All things considered, I would stay here again over other hotels within a few exits on the interstate. ”
