“Nice little bungalow in a quiet area of Polzeath. Furniture was comfortable. Well fenced in garden for the dog to enjoy. Issue with toilet that was speedily fixed. Very steep gravel access road, not for the faint hearted. Overall a good property at a fair price, I would stay again.”

“Property was perfect size for 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids, comfortable but totally lacking basic supplies (oil, salt, pepper, vinaiger) and a clothes drying rack that one would expect for a property that doesn't have a dryer (in England where it rains). Property manager was responsive and purchased rack. For the price we paid I'd expect A+ cleaning but microwave had crumbs and cobwebs in corners.”

“After booking this house for a short winter break in December 2022 we really enjoyed our stay. Comm’s prior to our visit we’re clear and prompt with a small welcome pack with all the information you need for your arrival. Located in Rock, it’s. 15 minute walk from the sea front and has everything you need on its door step. Only thinks I would have liked was for towels and bed linen to be provided as I would have happily paid extra for laundering costs rather than bring our own adding to our luggage. We really appreciated the dog friendly , safe garden for our little border terrier to play in. We liked the close proximity to some of the dog friendly beaches that we explored on our stay. “Partly choose this property for location of Camel Trail cycle path. We really couldn’t have picked a better property for this as it’s literally on the doorstep. Was able to cycle one way for just over 5 miles to Padstow and the other way for Bodmin. Great base for exploring other areas too we visited Port Isaac and Tintagel. “Fine location close to beach and the many cliff walks just right for our party. Kitchen dining area has a modern decor in the blue /white style. A great room to hang about and chat whilst someone is cooking Particularly appreciated The Aga on chilly autumn days. Also the induction cooker was what we were used to at home. The sitting room appears to have been recently redone with new furniture and decor, Upstairs just fine.,bathrooms warm and airy. Could have done with another week”

“We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. Would definately recommend for a large group.”
