St Moritz Hotel
Really lovely staff and pleasant roast dinner. Excellent massage and nice spa day. Not the best mix to have family swim at a spa but understandable from a use perspective.

Polzeath Beach House
The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows.
