L'attico è situato sulla desiderabile Rock Road ed è uno dei cinque (tutto l'ultimo piano) in una grande proprietà arretrata rispetto alla strada con parcheggio e terreno comune. Brevi pause accolti al di fuori dell'alta stagione.
Ha una bella vista sulla campagna verso il campo da golf di St Enedoc. E 'moderno ed elegante con una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala colazione e zona pranzo in spazio di vita a pianta aperta. Una camera da letto, ma il soggiorno ha divani letto per la flessibilità e un sacco di spazio per la biancheria. Arredi di buona qualità e ben attrezzati. Accesso a Internet di due TV / DVD, ora con BT Infinity e BT Sport. E 'vicino a una buona gamma di negozi locali, spiagge, scuola di vela e accesso al traghetto passeggeri a Padstow vivace con abbondanza di negozi e posti per mangiare. We had an enjoyable stay. Location is great with driving access to many areas. Everything works well. Bed is semi comfortable compared to most but ok. Self contained and spacious. An allocated Car park is available but has its resident birds that roost in the tree above the car. Views from the windows facing west are very nice.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. All information was clear and accurate . The setting was just a short walk away for the beach and lovely eating places. Best to book most in advance. Also a wonderful butcher and bakery were very close . We will definitely visit again.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement , très confortable, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Un petit problème de communication à l’arrivée nous a inquiété mais à tres vite été résolu par Wendy). Nous avons pu rayonner et découvrir la Cornouailles entre Camail trail, Éden project, Saint Enodoc et Saint Ives. Nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons !

Bryher was very well equipped and perfectly presented. We had very good communication with the owner before we arrived and had a very comfortable stay. We would happily stay again if we need to be in the same area in the future.

Lovely apartment at the top of this old house.Very clean with everything we needed.A double bed with firm mattress.The walk down to Rock itself is about half an hour and slightly downhill,not ideal unless you are fit.The road can be noisy and if you have dogs and children must be watched carefully for their safety.The neighbours are lovely.Overall a lovely place to stay.

We stayed four nights in January 2023. The flat has good electric heating although the floors ( mostly uncarpeted) are cold underfoot! We liked the spacious bedroom and living area. The kitchen area worked well despite being small. Worst thing was that the designated car parking space is under a big tree so the car got covered in bird droppings

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It is very spacious and comfortable with fantastic views from the back windows, looking out across the hills. We had some amazing sunsets! Bryher is in a very quiet location with easy parking under the cedar trees but watch out for the bird droppings! Shops are nearby and we would recommend The Bakery.

Property clean tidy and comfortable and well presented, everything needed was available. Arrangements were all very professional with speedy communications. prompt, speedy replies. The management were attentive ensuring we were ok and accommodating. The operations are impeccably. It’s a 30 minute walk to the beach but is. Good base for a holiday in this area. The area is beautiful with an incredible array of places to go for sights, walks and food Best to park on the road as the parking is under a tree which results in lots of bird droppings, but just a small thing compared to the over all offer. Highly recommend.

Great local facilities and we enjoyed the short walk to Fee’s Food for coffee and goodies en route to the beach. Amazing local walking and don’t miss The Blue Tomato for lunch.

Everything provided for a comfortable stay in a convenient location- no need to use the car if you don't mind a bit of a walk. It is good of you to allow a dog as it isn't entirely suitable, but I think that is obvious from the property description.

We thought the accommodation was very comfortable and had everything you needed. I'm really sorry but unfortunately I have to say that we would not book this again for one reason only. You have to park your car under some big cedar trees and the mess from the birds was disgusting. We had to clean it twice just in the four days we were there. Such a shame as we would definitely have rebooked if we could park in a different spot.
