“The hotel is well-located. The staff members were very helpful and nice. The hotel was full during our stay. The breakfast and coffee were very helpful for our busy schedule. The refrigerator and microwave were also helpful. The 11 AM checkout time was helpful. Unfortunately, we had to manually reconnect our phones to the hotel internet service each time we returned, which was frustrating. All in all, we enjoyed and appreciated our stay.”

“Being that they are currently doing renovations my stay here was absolutely wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was absolutely amazing, friendly and on top of my needs. I would definitely stay there again ”

“After unpacking and taking a short nap, I discovered a bed bug. I caught it in a cup and then found another one and caught it too. I immediately packed up and went to the front counter telling them that I was leaving and would like a refund. The front desk clerk seemed indifferent and said that I could call the general manager the next morning and he would provide a refund. She didn't say I'm sorry or anything of the sort. I had to scramble to book another room at different Hotel. I spoke with...

“The breakfast was actually better than most breakfast restaurants when we stayed last weekend. The hostess was amazing as well. The bacon was crispy, eggs nicely done (not watery), cinnamon rolls were fresh and biscuits and gravy were delicious! Even the oatmeal was perfect (not watery gruel.)”

“The entrance and lobby were lovely and deceptive. The room was mediocre/meh at best. The outside window screen was torn halfway off. Scuffed finishes on furniture that did not match. Low quality bathroom fixtures. Finish on bathroom mirror coming off. Television lacked channels. For the price i paid I expected better.”
