Hotel a Waianae

“It's really a corner of paradise: still in Oahu, but far from the fuss of Waikiki (that you can always reach in 20 min by car). It's a place that instills the peace and serenity Hawaii are linked to, in everyone's mind. Room are spacoius and very confortable, personnel friendly and always willing to help, but the thing I enjoyed the most was chilling on the patio while watching at the bay, especially just before sunset”

“Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold.”

“The resort is huge and very beautiful. Food is also good even if there aren’t many options. Down sides they don’t have Kidsclub and they don’t do turn down which is odd. ”

“New, nice property. Integrated with a large shopping complex, so parking can be a challenge but there are reserved spaces for hotel guests. Breakfast was really good. Difficult AC controls in the room / wouldn’t hold desired temperature.”

“This place has always been a favorite, they take care of their guests, and the tiny house was so clean and amazing. Great staff.”

“This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. ”

“The property was well maintained and cared for. Check in was quick and our room was ready early. I did have to go back downstairs to ask for our daily ice cream and water vouchers. If you need a luggage cart, you can ask for assistance at the desk and a bellman will bring it out to you or up to your room. “Room extremely comfortable and very clean. Staff is the most helpful staff I have ever had in a hotel. Came in after multiple layer overs and late running flights. The staff helped me with luggage both taking it to my room and to the car the next morning. By the time I reached the hotel I had either been sitting in an airport or flying for over 24 hours. Did not have any breakfast, too tired to think about eating.”
