“Very friendly staff, close to stores, clean, pool and hot tub great ”

“The resort is huge and very beautiful. Food is also good even if there aren’t many options. Down sides they don’t have Kidsclub and they don’t do turn down which is odd. ”

“We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay”

“It's really a corner of paradise: still in Oahu, but far from the fuss of Waikiki (that you can always reach in 20 min by car). It's a place that instills the peace and serenity Hawaii are linked to, in everyone's mind. Room are spacoius and very confortable, personnel friendly and always willing to help, but the thing I enjoyed the most was chilling on the patio while watching at the bay, especially just before sunset”

“Thermostat could not be set lower than 72 degrees which was sometimes too hot in the Villa. Security around the pool was rude with telling us that pool hours ended. Otherwise, great location ”

“I really liked the outdoor pool area. Also the rooms are very nice and have a sweet view. Was on the 26th floor could see the beach/ocean.”

“Everything was great about the hotel very roomy big room thing was beautiful except the air conditioning did not work in our room very good. We called by three times for somebody to come fix it but still, he should’ve moved that to a bigger ocean view like the room we had with air-conditioning that worked! They only gave it $50 credit”

“The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. ”

“Great view, clean room, and perfect size for 2 people. I would recommend to family/friends. ”

“I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 ”
