“The apartment was great. It was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 teen. The full kitchen was great and has everything we needed to cook meals. It was very neat and clean and even had all the small stuff I forgot like shampoo and body wash. Danielle was great and responded to my texts swiftly. The balcony was going to be closed, but plans changed and she was able to get the outside furniture put back out side right away after we checked in. “It's really a corner of paradise: still in Oahu, but far from the fuss of Waikiki (that you can always reach in 20 min by car). It's a place that instills the peace and serenity Hawaii are linked to, in everyone's mind. Room are spacoius and very confortable, personnel friendly and always willing to help, but the thing I enjoyed the most was chilling on the patio while watching at the bay, especially just before sunset”

“Thermostat could not be set lower than 72 degrees which was sometimes too hot in the Villa. Security around the pool was rude with telling us that pool hours ended. Otherwise, great location ”

The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay”

“I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 ”

“The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. ”

“Honolulu has few budget options especially near Waikiki. This has a a great location but is the definition of basic. With no air conditioning or parking, best to bring all your amenities with you, and be prepared for half the resident guests to be using walkers. ”
