Appartamento di lusso sul lungomare

Pio Road Apartment è un moderno appartamento con 2 camere da letto situato nella comunità di Waihi Beach. L'appartamento gode di una splendida vista sul mare attraverso il porto di Anthenree. È di 104 metri quadrati con grandi pareti scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono sul ponte dalla zona giorno, estendendo ulteriormente lo spazio nei mesi estivi.

L'appartamento è arredato con mobili di alta qualità. Ci sono due camere da letto e due bagni. Entrambi i bagni sono dotati di docce, servizi igienici e servizi igienici. Una terza doccia è disponibile anche all'esterno dell'appartamento per la pulizia dopo la spiaggia.

Il soggiorno e 1 camera da letto al piano superiore sono dotati di box My Sky con tutti i servizi sky disponibili.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto ciò che è probabile avere bisogno insieme a una lavastoviglie e un grande frigorifero. Una caffettiera e una macchina per caffè espresso sono disponibili per coloro che amano iniziare la giornata con un buon caffè. Una varietà di tè e caffè sono forniti per il tuo divertimento.

Tutta l'illuminazione in tutta la proprietà è automatica e si accende e si spegne quando entri e esci dalle stanze. Il riscaldamento è a pavimento e i pannelli di controllo sono in tutto l'appartamento per funzionare.

Biancheria da letto di alta qualità è fornita e letti saranno costituiti prima del vostro arrivo. Ci sono gli ospiti asciugamani forniti per l'uso in appartamento. Dovrai portare gli asciugamani da spiaggia.

C'è una lavanderia completamente attrezzata con una lavatrice / asciugatrice.

L'appartamento è accanto al Bowentown Cafe per un caffè e un brunch del weekend o una cena serale. Un piccolo ma delizioso menu. Il ristorante boatclub è a 2 minuti a piedi lungo la strada e può essere visto dal balcone. I negozi di Waihi Beach sono a 5 minuti di auto, dove troverai bellissime boutique e molte caffetterie.

Durante tutto l'anno il windsurf, il kayak, il paddle boarding, il kite surf e molti altri sport acquatici all'aperto possono essere ammirati dal ponte o per i più avventurosi. La spiaggia è a soli 2 minuti a piedi dall'altra parte della strada dietro l'appartamento. L'area è perfetta per passeggiare e andare in bicicletta. 5 minuti lungo la strada è bellissima baia di Anzac. Un ottimo posto dove andare a fare picnic, nuotare e camminare fino al belvedere.

La gola del Karangahake si trova a 20 minuti di auto, dove ci sono molte opportunità per passeggiare o andare in bicicletta attraverso i vecchi tunnel e scoprire una miscela di storia mineraria dell'oro e bellezza naturale.

This was without a doubt the best place I have stayed at. Every single detail was thought of and more. It is a beautiful, peaceful and comfortable apartment. Stones throw to the beach and a gorgeous sunset view from the deck. I’m trying to find an excuse to go back ASAP.

The property was exactly per the images in terms of looks and the amenities provided were excellent. Really appreciated the bottle of bubbles. The only downsides were that the apartment was hot and the bed we slept in squeaked and was a bit uncomfortable.

From the moment you step into the apartment it is clear that a lot of love and thought has gone into presenting a space that is at once homely but with a sense of curated sophistication. Unexpected treats (bubbly & cheese) and a spotless apartment with amazing water views set the scene for an amazingly relaxing weekend. Our host could not have been more gracious - allowing us to check in early and with fantastic communication throughout. - you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. We will be back!

Jillian has created a beautiful space perfect for a weekend getaway and relaxation. She is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We were welcomed with wonderful treats and everything we needed was available. You’ll be spoilt staying here. There are great cafes nearby and if you want somewhere quiet and idyllic then you won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

What a fantastic apartment just steps to the beach. Jillian went above and beyond with all the personal touches, welcome bottle of bubbles, cheese and her homemade plum paste. In the bathroom there were nice packs of face creams etc. Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment

Communications from our host were excellent and there were some thoughtful arrival gifts provided. Parking was easy for 2 vehicles. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and the 2 bathrooms are modern and spacious. There are also lovely views out over the bay, from the living area, balcony and main bedroom. The apartment is decadently furnished with velvet cushions, plush throws and many ornaments, and would not look out of place on a magazine cover. However, the living/dining/kitchen areas are not big and the many staging items took up valuable square footage, making us somewhat anxious moving around in the space. We also found the automated lighting system inconvenient. The lights would turn off after only a short time, even if you were moving around in the kitchen or unfortunately for one of our parties, who found themselves suddenly in complete darkness in the middle of a shower. In addition, we alerted our host to 3 of the 4 ceiling globes which had blown in one of the bedrooms, but with no option to replace them, it was difficult to view our luggage items. The instruction signage above the lighting panels throughout the apartment, warning of loud alarms and a significant fee to cover the call out if we attempted any adjustments, sadly added to our sense of unease. The Hollywood Regency styling presents very well, with the attention to detail likely being appreciated by some. However, none of our group felt like they could relax during our stay
