Pets allowed, the section is fully fenced with a gate so you can relax with your pup (handy for small children too). Full laundry, outdoor shower, dining on deck area, lawn for the kids and dog to play on - an ideal holiday spot!

There are three comfortable bedrooms, two with Queen size beds and one with 3 singles. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and the other two bedrooms use the seperate bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The open plan lounge area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The living opens onto the deck and garden with an indoor/outdoor flow perfect for that holiday feel.

Relax on the deck enjoying a glass of wine while the kids and pets run around on the fully fenced lawn. Cook on that BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining on the deck. After a short walk to beach nearby have a swim followed by an ice cream from. the famous yellow dairy just a couple of minutes stroll from the house, wash off in the custom built outdoor shower area then sunbath on the lawn or deck. Wake up late to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach and wander down tot he surf shack cafe for brunch, coffee or one of their award winning burgers with a craft beer. It really doesn't get any easier on holiday!

If you bring your boat there is a coin operated ramp 5 minutes away at Bowentown next to the boat club or launch off the Beach at Anzac Bay. The is are is amazing as it has the waves and surf on the main Waihi beach but it also has the protected tidal harbour for fishing, water skiing, kayaking and wind surfing or venture out across the bar for excellent fishing and diving out at sea. Enjoying a round of golf is possible in Waihi and Katikati.
