“A notre arrivée il n'y avait personne, nous ne savions pas comment faire le cheek-in, pas d'indication. La porte d'entrée avait un interphone mais nous ne comprenions rien nous sommes français. Le badge ainsi que la clefs était dans une box codé à l'intérieur. C'est une couple qui nous a permis d'entrer et de récupérer le badge et la clefs de notre appartement”

“There was a leak under the basin in the bathroom. We didn’t ask for wheelchair access in the bathroom but we were put in one which wasn’t useful for us as it just wet up all over the bathroom floor and there was not enough towels to dry out. It was late night so we didn’t bother to ring the reception.”

“Overall, we had a good stay at Atrium Hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The biggest disappointment, however, was the cedar spa. I specifically booked this room because it had a cedar spa, as I had spent the entire day dancing at an event and was really looking forward to a hot soak to ease my sore muscles. Unfortunately, the water only reached a lukewarm temperature, so...

“Handy for where we wanted to be Parking was great Staff friendly Kitchen was on the small side. Rubbish bin needed a lid. Floor in the bathroom was very slippery but we were given lots of bath mats. Beds were comfy. No noise from other guests.”

“Highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff. Units, rooms are spacious, clean n cosy with awesome kitchen facilities, very comfortable sofa n ample parking. Highlight was the spa tub after a long day on the road n affordable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Great stay, definitely would stay again. Just note there is minimal cooking utensils, so although there is a stove it’s only really good for eggs etc.”

“👍liked, location, price, clean, comfortable bed. 👎very basic kitchenette had to use dinner knife to slice tomato 🍅, TV channels were basic, no baggage racks, no air-conditioning, heating was ok but summer would have been a problem in the room we had. OK for short term but not preferred for more than a couple of days.”

“The apartment was well appointed, nice small kitchen with everything necessary for a short stay. Good size tv for the size of the lounge and a heatpump - that once we figured out how to get it going was effective as the temperature dropped quickly now we are headed into winter. Bed was comfortable and a good size room with large wardrobe, extra pillows and blankets. Overall a great little apartment with parking right outside. The downstairs apartment we had was around the side with no view...

“We love our stay here. Not only coffee and tea, they do have chocolate provided. They do have dish soap available in the kitchen which is nice. The room is cleaned daily. Would love to stay here again when we're in Hamilton.”
