“Clean and comfortable room in a nice house, which is on a steep slope. Street parking is available a few houses down the slope. The host was pretty responsive.”

“This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived early, and helped us fit into the small reserved parking lot! The room was very spacious in this older building and the many windows allowed for plenty of light and air. The small kitchenette was appreciated! You need to arrange for breakfast ahead of time, which we didn't do, but there are a number of walkable cafe options. Loved the location near the Botanical Garden! ”

“We stayed here while my toddler was having surgery at Mercy Hospital. What I thought I booked on Expedia was the spa bath unit. I emailed reception double checking before we came and so glad we did what we actually booked was 1 bed with only a shower where we needed the 2 beds and really wanted the spa bath unit as a surprise for my daughter. Staff booked us in the right room no issues and gave it to us same price. Staff were absolutely lovely. Will definitely come back to stay here again my...

“Loved our 3 night stay here. We had a studio room and was well appointed with everything thing we needed for a comfortable stay. The studio was very clean & uncluttered. It has some basic cooking facilities & a dishwasher. One of the best things about this place is the parking, parking is provided (free) as part of your stay & as this motel is located right in town, you can just park up your car & walk everywhere. Friendly staff Blinds did not block out all of the light in the bedroom but it wasn't really an issue as we are early risers. Wifi is completely useless...you cannot use it to do little more than basic internet stuff. Don't expect to be able to watch any video content on the motel wifi. Sky TV did not work in our room ”
