“I think the room we stayed was below the house where the owners of the accommodation live. The room and shared space look good and the shower was enjoyable. There's no parking available on the driveway, parking is further down the hill on the street.”

“Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning. Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level ”

We have been really impressed with the cleanliness, lovely comfortable beds and friendly staff. Great location right in town, surrounded by a variety of food choices and shopping but still set back from the noise. Highly recommend 💜”

“The staff were amazingly helpful. The property itself is a bit old. The room was next to the road and it was very loud even for us that do not mind the noise. Also the window didnt have the curtain and there was no way you could cover, except we used the bath mat otherwise the light was so bright whole night. ”

“Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here.”

“Arrived to hotel no carpark to unload luggage due to roadworks, so double parked. Also no paid hotel car parking available either. Once inside my Mother who was having difficulty carrying her luggage asked for directions to our room and the staff didn’t even offer to help her with her bags to our room whilst I was trying to find a park. She was clearly struggling. Woke the next morning at 7:30am to banging above the room, so called reception apparently new carpet was being laid. Something the...
