“This is a 4.5-star property. (Not as high end as Four Seasons, Fairmont, Ritz & the like but close.) First, the staff. “The grounds are stunning, the valet staff were amazing! The rooms are about average, the staff working the resort pool and beach were hit or miss. Cleaning staff was kind and thorough as were the staff at the desk at check in. The $55 resort charge, additional taxes and fees added up quickly. The charges for the resort were confusing and even when we attempted to utilize there were additional fees for almost everything offered so it felt confusing and misleading. No microwaves in the rooms...
