The resort is quiet, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Staff is pleasant and helpful.
I should be noted that one of the building is undergoing a full remodel so there was some construction noise on occasion.(Late July 2025)

L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica per visitare l'isola in quanto si trova a metà strada tra nord e sud, si evità così di passare troppo tempo in macchina. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow".

“Loved this property. Our villas were clean, well maintained and staff was friendly. The linens and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with enough kitchen ware you could prepare meals. The store on site has a variety of basic staples and they made the best lattes with oak milk.
My grandchildren loved the pools and the slides….i can see why Kōloa Landing has won awards for its pools.
