“Room was kept clean and towels well provided. We requested a change in room upgrade because the Superior King was too small and time worn. The aircon unit was really loud but we managed to sleep through it because we were always exhausted at the end of the day. But the positive things about this place made up for the downside of this property. The staff were all nice/friendly and quickly responded to our requests. They offer a good continental free breakfast and let you borrow beach towels. ...

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“For a four star hotel... the pool in particular was run down. There are traffic cones around the pool deck, spots where the tiles in the pool are chipped, and the handrail into the hot tub is wobbly. On the bright side, the bed was super comfy, and I enjoyed doing the yoga on the beach that is included in the resort fee.”

“The Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort is hands down the best stay our family has had in a long time. This is a special place. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable and beautiful, most overlook the ocean from the small balcony. This hotel is beachfront and has a gorgeous resort style pool right next to the ocean.
