“The resort is self is old, but the location is awesome and most of the people that work. There are very friendly except for one gentleman who is extremely rude. They really need to have their rooms a little bit cleaner.”

“The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful so kudos to them. The restaurant situation needs work. My first night there all the kitchens were closed which around 6pm, so I had to order take out. Then another night I tried to order room service and it wasn’t available when it was still early the afternoon. Despite those hiccups it was a peaceful stay.”

“The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cottage we were upgraded to was clean and very cute. However, I’m not giving a five star reading because the comfort of the bed and furniture is a thumbs down. The bed was super hard. The sheets were not soft. The couch did not have enough cushion and hurt our bottoms and same for the chairs in the living room.

“Awesome place and experience. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Fantastic tropical setting and mood. Its common knowledge that chickens are everywhere in Kauai, and I was warned about the loud roosters concert in the early morning, and was offered earplugs which I declined. My room was 2nd floor and the rooster chatter did not really effect my sleep.”
