Update 10/23/26: The Building D Concrete Restoration Project is scheduled to begin on or about 12/10/26 to 1/5/27 and is anticipated to take approximately 3 to 4 months to complete. Please note the following stacks are in Bldg D: 13, 14, 15 and 16 (stack number = the last 2 digits of the unit number). Included work: concrete spalling repairs, building painting, window resealing and waterproofing and related exterior restoration work. What to expect: periodic use of jackhammers and other construction equipment, construction noise and dust, lift equipment will be used and workers performing repairs in close proximity to windows and lanai.
