“This post is not about Tru, thiabis a bad experience with expedia. I book this a week prior by accident. I bought the 9 dollar insurance as well. I booked the wrong date, it was completely my fault, I was unable to file a claim and expedia would not help me. They blamed it on the hotel and told me some one would reach out to me in 2-3 days from our conversation. That was last Monday. I will becanceling my expeida account and spend my money elsewhere were.”

“Thank you Natalie and the staff! We had a grand 3 days. Clean rooms, delicious and simple breakfast, and although located on a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet and the whole family slept great!”

“Clean, comfy and quiet (even though it was next to busy streets where big dump/trash trucks travel). Has a good size mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. The only negative is the bathroom lighting—there needs to be light over mirror and a makeup mirror for women!”

“I had a great stay at Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown. The hotel was modern, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming and helpful from check-in to checkout, and the location made it easy to explore downtown Raleigh. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the overall atmosphere — stylish but still comfortable and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone...

“Completely different from what the pictures show online, and in a very sketchy area. We went elsewhere.”

“The front desk could speak new English. I paid $170 for the room. They said it was a $35 incidental fee that would be held my credit card. I get there. They charge me 170+ another $125 for incidental fee. Room smell like they have not been cleaned out in years just old, moldy, smelly, terrible place advise do not stay there”

“Room mini fridge didnt work was leaking had to go to front desk and request a new one be placed in room after I was offered a new room which was dirty .. a lot of stains on chair looked like piss.. ice machine was broke on a hot 90 degree day …. Hallway had holes in ceiling like construction holes … lobby attendant knocked on my door and covered the peep hole .. which had me and my 2 daughters terrified when asked why he did that he stated for his safety.. ok yet I’m a women with 2 daughters...
