“The property is a bit dated but not enough to disrupt the quality of the stay. The highlight of the property is Keri and Precious! We were there on a very, very busy week and they worked so hard the entire time we were there. Even when people came to them with hiccups or complaints they did their best to remedy guests concerns (even those that were being unkind). If I choose to stay there again it will be because of those ladies.”

“When we checked in, hotel was having computer issues and was unable to issue a room key. So everyone we left and returned, we had to go to front desk to be let back into our rooms. The staff was not apologetic nor sympathetic. If was as if it was our fault we didn’t have a room key.”

“There was roaches. I took a photo of an extremely large roach. I brought it to the front desk and was told management would reach out because none were on property. No solution or attempt to reach out was made.”

“My stay was just “okay” when I first arrived I was told my reservation couldn’t be found. Next I was told I have to pay $12 per day for parking in hotel parking lot. Lastly I was told since I’m “only” staying the weekend there will be be no room service.”

“My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff member had an unfriendly and dismissive attitude, which did not make us feel welcome. The biggest issue was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, especially on the second floor. Although the property is advertised as non-smoking, the odor was so strong that it gave me a severe headache. The first room we were assigned was also not very clean, and the smoke smell was...

“I booked a room there because of the pool. The pool was out of service. The room was not up to code. The toilet seat was loose, with a bolt missing. The were wires coming out the ceiling were the smoke detector should have been. The iron was missing. No coffee pot. There were cigarette holes in the bed spread. There were roaches. The young man at the front desk did try his best to make us comfortable. I have family that lives in Waldorf and I will never stay in this place again and will...

“The rooms are outdated. They didn’t have clean towels. The pool had spiders and the hot tub was broke.”

“All staff were friendly. Elevator area on the 18th was not cleaned for two days. I paid for parking when I checked in but had to pay when leaving the garage. There was no attendant in the booth and no one answered the call button. The pool was super small and mostly children. Would be nice to have a pool area for adults especially since there is a pool side bar.”

“Worth every penny even though it was July 4th weekend. Very clean at the harbor and the surrounding downtown area. I give them a 10 just for the showers, hot and great water pressure .I recommend this hotel for a great relaxing getaway.”
