Bedding and sleeping arrangements-
(1 queen bed in master. Second bedroom with 1 double, 1 twin bunk bed (+ double and additional twin bed after April 27th). Bedrooms sleep total of 8. Plus two couches - 1 pulls out to full bed and extra bedding and pillows, 1 crib and variety of air mattresses upon request.

Free access to the washer and dryer located between Units A and B is shared with 1 nice person who lives in side B.

There are two floors to the home. Staircase with handrails. Both bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor. Laundry and bbq area located under covered patio.
