“This property needs plenty of TLC. I was surprised at the condition of many things starting with the elevator. I can’t say that it was the neatness or cleanliness that am accustomed to seeing in this brand hotel. It was however a comfortable sleep at best. We did double check on the check out time and were reassured we had the time correct. In both of the rooms we rented we were bothered not once but twice by housekeeping. “When I arrived for breakfast on time, eggs and milk were gone, no tea bags, no attendant. Totally inadequate!
Although the room was billed at accessible, a wheelchair did not fit beside the bed, the shower had no seat or hand held water. Staff eventually supplied a metal folding chair with a padded seat. Totally inadequate!”

Breakfast was awesome every morning and the service staff was on top of cleaning and checking to make sure everything was ok.
