“We found the TV in living room not working at all on the check in day. But could not get any assistance from the front desk as nobody is at the front desk for help. We actually stayed for 3 nights without TV in the living room. It was a bit frustrated as we could only use the TV in the bedroom.”

I was also told when requesting beach view that every property faced beach. I booked because of that and did not get a view of beach.
