Escape to your own private sanctuary at Il Terrazzo Estate. Savor the unparalleled privacy and modern sophistication of this one-of-a-kind wine country compound. The expansive 3940 square foot estate sits on a high bluff on 10 acres of terraced vineyards. The main 5 bedroom home and 2 bedroom cottage are paired together as the ideal vacation retreat for up to 16 guests.

Views of the Walla Walla Valley and the Blue Mountains dazzle guests from every window and patio. Your large group can gather at the outdoor dining gazebo, enjoy yard games and cuddle by the fire pit. It’s easy to forget you are minutes from some of Walla Walla`s finest restaurants and wine tasting destinations!

Our local Property Manager is on-call for your entire stay.

Vineyard Property

As a part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely Insurance to provide you with protection against accidental damage. The $33 cost of this protection has been included in the cleaning fee and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
A 4% merchant service processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

This is a pet friendly property. 2 dogs maximum, $100 flat fee. Must be in reservation. Cancellation policy applies to pets too.
Maximum capacity is 16 guests. A $500 fee will be charged if the guest count goes beyond 16.

Great for large groups, family reunion

We stayed here with 3 generations of family. There was lots of games to entertain you, and the outdoor kitchen was great. We particularly enjoyed the cornhole set and the upper floor patio. There was a very steep spiral staircase from the main (upper) floor to the lower floor, so we had the grandparents stay on the upper floor and use the outside stairs to get to the lower floor when needed.Unfortunately, we did run into a few maintenence issues that need addresssed immediately, although we opted to wait until after our stay to have them fixed. There is a significant earwig infestation in the cottage. They were coming up through the floor boards. We did noticed some dead bugs under the bed which is likely attracting them. We also had a few of them on the lower floor of the house near the shower, as well. I get that they are pretty harmless, but you tell that to teen girls at 10pm. The other issue was the hinge on the gate had rusted, so we were not able to close the gate at night. The gate is very heavy, so if it falls on someone they are going to get hurt. The property manager was very responsive but since we noticed these issues over the weekend it was difficult to get fixed right away, and we did not want our kids sleeping in the cottage after they sprayed or bombed for bugs.Despite all this, it was a really nice stay and I do believe the host will fix these issues, I'm leaving this information in the review to ensure they follow up. We would happily stay again.

Great stay for a golf trip

A bit outside of town, but a great location close to Wine Valley Golf Course. Nice private setting in the midst of a vineyard with views to the mountains.The house and outdoor kitchen are very well appointed.

We loved our stay. Waking up to views of the vineyards and valley from all sides of the house was amazing. The house was well appointed and spacious for our large group. And close enough to walk to a couple of the wineries.

Better than pictured

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Perfect place for 4 families to gather. Kids had ample space to roam and the deck even had gates to keep the little ones safe. Highly recommend if traveling with large group. Kitchen had everything we needed!

Perfect Guys Golf Tournament Stay

We had 7 guys playing in a golf tournament at nearby Wine Valley Golf Course. Each guy had their own room with their own bed. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this one was the most well stocked by far! We BBQ’d and then sat by the fire pit to end each night.We will definitely book this place again!!!Only downfall, and it’s not a deal breaker but there is only one TV and none in the rooms. Smart TV’s are so cheap now. That would be a nice upgrade. We will book it for next year’s tournament and we are talking about taking 8 guys on another trip there in August since the house was so good!

Wonderful!

Beautiful home with lots of space and incredible spaces for relaxation. Outdoor spaces in the backyard are really nice. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. A few miles outside of Walla Walla, so it is very quiet and serene.

Wine Country Escape

This property exceeded all expectations. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen. The house was incredibly well equipped and right next to two fantastic vineyards. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.
