“Its third visit in 13 years. We were lucky our room was available a little early. Thank you Julie. The rooms are large, comfortable with a great bathroom and spa bath. View out to the river, dividers between rooms for outside privacy. Next door to the tavern, enjoyed happy hour and went back for dinner. Food was great. Next time wanting a nice peaceful stop over will definitely book there again.”

“I was greeted by the owner who was just delightful and so friendly. The room was clean and modernised (as best as country motels are!) and I was able to walk across the road to get dinner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”

“When we arrived to check in the lady asked for my card details and when I asked why when I have already paid I was told she was just doing her job. Strange as i had paid in full. She was very helpful in directing us to the best places to eat. The rooms were big, clean and spacious the beds were super comfy and there wasn't much noise when we were there, the bathrooms were OK. “Spacious family room but the property was unclean and not well maintained at all. The walls, blinds and curtains were covered in dust and grit. The surfaces of the bathroom and kitchen were clean but I did not open any cupboards or drawers and would not have been comfortable cooking and/or eating due to the sheer amount of dirt on the other surfaces - I would say it has been several years since the place has been properly cleaned.
