“Only problem was the main elevator wasn't working and it was a lot of walking for us seniors”

“This is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. A delicious breakfast and nutritious breakfast was served each morning of my weeklong stay. The host is warm and welcoming. It is very clean and spacious.”

“What breakfast? We did not have any cups to make coffee, the air conditioner was so loud we couldn’t get much sleep, long drive the next day so we woukd not stay again ”

“Floor wasn’t clean in the room. Could clearly see dirt/ hair everywhere. We paid extra for a river view room, which the view was nice but that’s about it. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. Air conditioning was barely blowing. Apparently they are finally switching their A/C to digital and had a sign saying sorry for the inconvenience, so maybe that was the problem. If we would have known that we wouldn’t have booked here. For a higher end hotel, we weren’t too impressed.”

“The staff are who made this stay amazing. From the bellmen to front desk to housekeeping and Starbucks and room service. The pool area was the only disappointment. It was not well maintained and was definitely showing its age. When I hurt myself, again the staff was awesome helping get me bandages up. The ac wasn't working in the room and they had maintenance there in 10 minutes. The location is awesome. Across the street from the walking path by the river. Short walk to shops and restaurants....

“We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has excellent amenities and the room was adequate and most importantly, the bed was comfortable. One issue for me was that it had no bath tub and no wand in the shower. Ladies really do appreciate a wand in the shower for obvious reasons that all ladies would understand. The pool area look amazing although we did not use it, but it certainly looked very nice. The only complaint we had was that the breakfast was expensive for what it was and it was not...

“The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.”

“Road closures, parking and the washrooms facilities was bad”

“Very comfy bed, clean, great breakfast and convenient to get to if you are looking for something on the south side of the city.”
