Your horse will have a 10x20 run-in with stall mats and a 1-acre pasture with vinyl-coated electric fencing. Ride on the 4.5-acre property or trailer to the beach and trails. And just imagine walking your dog down to the end of the road — where the grass meets Chincoteague Bay — and taking in magical views.

Upon entering The Pearl, you’ll know immediately that you made the right choice. The Pearl at Wallops is perfect for a large family or a couples’ getaway, and sleeps 8 quite comfortably with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is tucked on the first floor — perfect for those who are not fans of stairs. With a luxurious king bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and private attached full bath, it promises to be a sweet retreat. Full Bath 1 is stunning, with a walk-in shower and beautiful coastal accents.

And guess what — ALL bedrooms have a private attached full bath AND Smart TV! No one will be fighting over who gets the master — they’re ALL masters!

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find a large landing with a sitting area, 2 more bedrooms, and 2 more bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has another king bed and some of Marcia’s marvelous custom artwork. The full bath also has a walk-in shower and gorgeous vanity. Down the hall, Bedroom 3 not only has a king bed, but also a full-size sleeper sofa, and a Twin Sleeper Chair, making it a perfect family suite! This full bath has a tub/shower combo.

No smoking! The Pearl welcomes a maximum of 2 dogs at no additional fee, but they must be approved in advance.

Horse-friendly with fee — ideal for 2 to 4 horses maximum, with a 10x20 run-in with stall mats and a 1-acre pasture with vinyl-coated electric fencing. Horses must have proof of a current negative Coggins test. Owner warrants that horses are up to date on vaccinations (including rabies) and on a current worming protocol (either by fecal count or administration of worming medication).
