I asked for something and she wouldn’t make an effort to find a way to help or at least make a suggestion for a solution. I remember her from last year and it was the same attitude. “The staff and their customer service was top notch. I appreciated the hospitality as we don’t have much of it here in Massachusetts. Booking was quick and easy. Moving my reservation was very accommodating. We arrived in the middle of the night and check in was a breeze. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. “Our stay there is always nice. The breakfast options are wonderful! I would ask that you go back to having an envelope to tip the housekeeping staff in the room. I could not get the E-tip to work, tried a couple of times. I would much rather have an envelope to leave at the front desk when I check out. Other than that, great! Enjoyed our stay.”

“Abbiamo prenotatoto una stanza quadrupla con angolo cottura, ma dentro c'era una sola sedia, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale chiuso e senza lenzuola. Gli asciugamani erano solo per 2 persone. In cucina c'era solo una pentola, 2 piatti, 1 forchetta e 2 coltelli.Abbiamo dovuto scendere in portineria e chiedere lenzuola, asciugamani, pentole e due sedie.Nel secchiello della spazzatura c'erano ancora le immondizie dei precedenti clienti che abbiamo consegnato noi in portineria....

Comodo anche il parcheggio anche se un po' caro come del resto tutti i parcheggi a Boston. Da elogiare il personale alle reception veramente simpatico disponibile e professionale Unica cosa non ottimale è il bagno forse da rinnovare anche se molto ampio.”
