“The hotel has no elevator and they only had a second floor room available. The room was nasty overall. We saw a large bug on the floor and the sheets were stained. The bug may be understandable on the first floor, but we expected the room to be insect-free after dragging our bags to the second floor. The room had an odor of cleaning solution and everything felt slightly sticky. The one positive thing was the water pressure and shower.”
