“Clean room great staff”

“Room was clean, but there was a VERY strong smell of paint, like they had painted minutes before we got there strong. So we opened the window to air it out and it did not help. Staff was friendly!”

“The bar right when you go in dint have alcohol menu or prices .. They made me dump out my water bottle . LOTS OF SMOKE ..The room had a loud buzzing sound all night and beds was not the best .. But hey i did win at the casino so thats the best part ”

“The carpets were frayed and in terrible condition, even buckled up inplaces that could cause tripping if you were not careful. They wete so dirty we would not walk in our room without shoes on. The staff were not friendly. When we checked in we did not even get eye contact.”

“Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”

“Amazing staff, restaurant, easy parking, rooms are nicely updated and property is beautiful. We have been going here for years. Our favorite hotel with lots of memories. ”

“Our room had a leak in the walls. Had clothes laying on the floor next to the bed that was closest to the bathroom wall and the clothes were wet in the morning.”

“There was still trash on the floor. No seal around the door so it was very cold. And the shower is only about 5 feet high so not ideal for anyone taller than that.”
