“Excellent location, handy to local shopping centre. Ladies at the front reception provided a friendly, no fuss check-in. We requested the room we stay in and it did not disappoint, views are always absolutely gorgeous - added bonus this time of a microwave in our room. “On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

“Great large rooms with timber ceilings and very clean. Only downfall was there was no sink, plates or cutlery so, bad luck if you wanted to eat your own cereal or breakfast.”

“From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. ”
