Attached to the back of the main house, the studio has its own private entrance and its own private space entirely - no walking through the main home, no shared doorways, just your own door to come and go as you please.

It`s tucked away enough to feel completely independent, while still being part of a friendly, well-kept property.

Step out the door and you`re a short walk from the base of Mt Iron - one of Wanaka`s most rewarding hikes, with panoramic views over the lake and the Southern Alps that will stop you in your tracks. The town centre, with its cafes, restaurants, and lakefront promenade, is equally close. Come back when you`re ready, head round to your own entrance, hang up your pack, and sink into a comfortable bed that`s waiting for you.

Inside, it`s calm and private - crisp linens, your own bathroom, and free parking down the driveway. Outside, you`ve got your own patch of backyard to sit in while the mountains glow at golden hour, plus WiFi to stay connected when you want to.

Wanaka doesn`t need much selling. But having a private, independent base right at the edge of it all makes all the difference.

Note: The studio is attached to the rear of the main house (which is separately occupied and also available to guests). Guests staying in the studio have their own dedicated entrance and private space, separate from the main home.
