While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.
We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.
Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.
I respect the privacy of my guests but remain readily available to address any enquiries. Occasionally, I may stop by simply to ensure that everyone is enjoying their stay.

Parking available at the house, taxis are available, however it is easy walking distance to town or coffee.
The deck is equipped with a glass barrier, but it is not completely enclosed, which could pose a safety risk for toddlers. Kindly request photos or seek additional information for clarification.
OUR STRICT RULES:
No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm:
As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.
Minimum age requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.
No parties without prior approval:
Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.
Checkout is at 10:00 am:
We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.
No smoking inside the property:
Smoking—including the use of any recreational drugs—is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Leave the property in a reasonable state:
We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs.
Board games:
We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this.
BBQ cleaning:
The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
