The Space:
Situated upstairs on the first floor, these spacious 3 bedroom, serviced Wanaka apartments are perfect for families or friends travelling together and for longer stays.

Offering a fully equipped kitchen, dining area & comfortable lounge with gas fire and heat pump. Large screen TV with SKY channels, DVD player & FREE unlimited WiFi. 2 modern bathrooms with underfloor heating and walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms also offers a bath.

All apartments have their own balcony and complimentary access to a private car garage which is ideal for drying and storing outdoor equipment such as skis and bikes securely.
Enjoy the use of the Swimming pool, spa, gym and tennis court while you stay.
There is a ski rack in the garage for your skis.

Guests can enjoy use of the tennis court and outdoor BBQ area, a popular place for enjoying a meal and drinks with friends and family during your stay.

Nice place. Easy drive to Wanaka, and great facilities. It was fun to play some table tennis with the kids. And nice to have access to the gym equipment

This condominium is located a short drive from downtown. Make sure to read the directions from the manager as the visual of the exterior is helpful for knowing where to park. There is a washer and dryer (no laundry detergent). We followed the instructions and the room gets very humid if you close the door. We recommend leaving it open while doing the laundry, which in turn heats up the place. They do have a mini split AC to help and airing out the place before sunset helps cool it off too. We appreciated they provided a few snacks, coffee and tea. However, there’s a Nespresso machine and no pods. That was a source of disappointment in the morning and the Nespresso machine should be removed from the unit. One note: There is a flight of stairs and you will need to carry your bags.Wanaka reminded us of California with its climate, shrubbery and surf shops.

Worked really well for us, two couples with equal size bedrooms and a full bathroom each. Kitchen was good. Internet facility dubious - couldnt get the TV to access Neon, Netflix or free to air channels due to 'not being connected to the internet' - when it was connected

This was a beautiful, clean and modern appartment. Instructions and communication was clear and easy to follow. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to other travelers to the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We so enjoyed the lovely home, large rooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and the kids loved swimming every day. We will definitely stay again.
