“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden.
The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant.
However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold.
In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. We didn’t feel welcome at all while checking in and she was always somehow rude every time we spoke with her.

“Overall, we had a good stay at Kunuku Aqua Resort. The cleanliness was good, and the resort felt well maintained. The amenities were average, but the new water park was amazing and definitely the highlight for kids — they had a great time!
