“Stayed here about 12/15 times, handy car park subsidies over the road £10 for 24hrs safe, my only issue is I had a glass of wine and it was horrendous, I asked the girl if I could change it for a primitivo as the Malbec was not right. She told me there was nothing wrong with it and it’s me not the wine! I felt awkward and embarrassed as I know my wines and was genuinely shocked by her attitude, which I heard her tell a colleague when I sat down, she was probably 19/20 yrs old, bad attitude”

“Lovely stay at The Brooklyn Hotel. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, very approachable and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bed so comfortable and the linen fresh and pristine. The breakfast was delicious catering for all tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel and this is where we will definitely stay on our next visit to Blackpool.”

“From check in to check out, our 3 night weekend stay at the Ruskin was perfect. All staff were really friendly and very helpful. All food and drink provided, breakfast and bar snacks were delicious with great choices and again served "with friendly and genuine smiles". The standard twin room was perfectly adequate, with all you need and comfortable mattresses for great sleeps too. Efficient lifts to our second floor room. Will hopefully be returning, maybe even later this year. Highly recommend...

“Bathroom was a bit small , the toilet was squeezed in beside the bath with not much room, shower leaked and bath plug did not work”

“Clean room with a comfortable bed and everything was in it that I needed. The bathroom was just a little outdated. The staff weren't very welcoming either. Just a payment requirement rather than any form of customer etiquette.”
