I was put in a room where the beds weren’t made and there were towels on the floor. Front desk clerk was extremely rude. I wasn’t feeling well so the second room she gave me was the furthest one on the top floor. That is the height of horrible customer service. She wouldn’t give me her last name ...

Again, the employees that are behind the desk need to be more enthusiastic 80% of the time they’re awesome but the other 20% my Lord they look so miserable and sounds so miserable. It’s like go somewhere else seriously
