“Very cute and updated waterside themed rooms. The building and facilities were immaculate. They have tried to make note of everything and it runs very efficiently even when arriving during hours when not staffed. I really liked this hotel.”

“There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. “I booked this room for a friend. She enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable room. Mostly, however, she felt comfortable with the very friendly staff who were never too busy to answer a question or to accommodate (she uses a cane), She was traveling with her cat, which they also accommodated nicely.”
