“We had a variety of ages, and it was nice to have rooms on main level to avoid stairs. The loft space was nice and roomy, but beds are not in private spaces which was not a concern for us, but you need to navigate stairs for that sleeping area. The lower level of house in outside pictures is not part of the rental. The view is awesome, and a great beach access is a 5-minute drive away at Kayak Regional Park. Very enjoyable home and beach access not far away.”

“Really tiny room next to the front door with people coming and going. If you are claustrophobic, this is not a room for you. Dust on the bed headboard and some sticky dried mess on the floor. If you expect to be alone, you would be disappointed. We got an unexpected wake up on a Saturday morning around 4am by either other guests or the owners listening to something really loudly while there was constant noise coming from upstairs until late the night before.Stayed one night and left. “Outside area was really dirty and mangy scroungy mats of flower pots were full of weeds Just not maintained. Room was okay bed was really noisy cuz they had some kind of plastic bed cover on the bed I guess The shower was horrible to say the least you couldn't move the shower head and we had hardly any pressure and warm water. The place definitely needs a remodel.”
