“The service was good. The place was very clean and well maintained. Just a bit far from downtown.”

“Room was very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in(since I did not get an e-mail with instructions). Note the shoe, kitchen, bathroom area is open to the outdoors- which was interesting at 30 degrees F. But it was in the exact location I needed and price was right. ”

“Overall the listing was not what we had expected. The address was not accurate and led us to a completely different block. We only received 1 towel for 2 nights for each person, we requested more but did not get an answer from the host. The area was good though, located close to the station and convenience stores. The washroom was really tight and there was leakage in the pipes. Cleanliness was not the best. Our neighbours were great though!”

“Location: a bit far , train station right in front of apartment. Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet”

“立地や金額などは問題なかったのですが、敷布団を使う時に広げたら大きな茶色のシミがついているのを家族全員で見てしまいかなり不快な気持ちにになりました…なんとか一名が我慢し敷布団を使用しましたが気持ちいいものではありません。 ベッドの方は問題なかったと思います。トイレ、バスルームもひとつなので4人で泊まるには少し不便でした。テレビのある部屋で寝た家族は近隣の居酒屋の客の声が朝方まで響き眠れなかったみたいです。”

“The room was cozy and had all of the necessities one needs. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The Nakai station is a few minutes walking distance. Not bad for the price.”
