“I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

“The hotel was def an older hotel and nothing too great about it. Our room was just ok. Air conditioner made a lot of noise and curtains were broke. Our son’s room was terrible. Air conditioner broke in middle of night and next morning while he was in shower the water completely shut off. Front desk just said sorry. A lot nicer hotels right behind this one that I would highly recommend”

“My children and I took a road trip from Tampa to Louisville ky. I really need to stop and let the kids tun wild and I need to rest myself.The hot tub and pool was amazing... The stuff, Bre at the front desk was very helpful. And Rayshawn was the nicest waiter to my kiddos at breakfast. Highly recommend by this mom and kids! Thanks to the beautiful hotel and it's wonderful employees. ❤️ thank you”

“The location was perfect for our business at the Air Force Base. The only thing I had a problem with was the entrance because it shares a driveway with another business. It gives you the feeling you're going to the blue painted candy store but if you turn left as you pull into the parking lot there's a driveway and the front of the hotel is at the end of the driveway. Maybe a bigger sign would help. All in all our stay was wonderful. Will go back if we have a need to.”

“Air conditioner didn’t work well, left on 65 and still didn’t get room cool. Staff crowded around breakfast area and front desk every morning, having loud conversations that would have been better suited for an internal break room. They outnumbered the guests trying to get food at the breakfast bar.”
