“Per una notte di passaggio va benissimo Tutto sommato la camera era pulita, ma il bagno lasciava a desiderare "molto" Il frigo NON lo aprite nemmeno potreste rimanere scioccati La cosa positiva e che si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dall'aereoporto di Gatwick quindi pur di dormire fuori va bene se ci si adatta ovviamente ”

“Arrived at a pitch black compound with no lighting, had to rely on my phone's flashlight. My son FELL DOWN in the darkness. Called the service number for help and was basically told 'other guests managed, so you should too'. Not only is this unsafe, it's unacceptable customer service. Very disappointed and would not recommend.”

“Ambiente molto carino ed accogliente nella campagna a sud di Londra ottima colazione e cena , unica pecca in camera non c’era riscaldamento forse nei mesi più freddi mettono delle stufe elettriche o forse hanno pannelli a pavimento che però erano spenti ,la prossima volta chiederò alla prenotazione a questo proposito ”
