“I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the staff and the room I received. I did not catch the Staff members name who was awesome and professional, he was wearing a great salmon colored shirt, thank him for his excellence.”

“It was all very good. Breakfast options were nice and since it’s cooked to order it’s HOT! Better than most continental breakfasts. ”

“Air conditioning didn’t work the beds were old needed replaced the tv didn’t work well on top of all that I had stuff missing out of my room after house keeping was there. Never will I ever come back to such a hell role ”

“Quite deplorable. The room was filthy. We had cockroaches and ants crawl up on us while sleeping. One of us woke up with two bites on the arm. The bathroom was dirty, the tub was dark with hair and the shower curtain was decaying. The chairs the room provided had brown and white stains on them. The room had a strange urine smell. The water was turned off several times during stay.”

“L'hotel non e' frequentato da bella gente; sembra che per alcuni sia il posto fisso dove abitare. Siamo stati due notti, e non sono passati a fare la camera. Le camere sono abbastanza ben attrezzate, ma la pulizia generale dell'hotel lascia un po' a desiderare. Colazione essenziale ma accettabile.”

“New build property that is super clean. Staff is polite and helpful. Pool is indoors and gym well appointed with good equipment. Rooms are spacious and amazing amenities. Excellent, excellent place to stay!”

“Room was clean .Staffs were nice .Breakfast is only with good credits and got members only when you already ended the breakfast then they bill you and tell you.But the hotel says when booked that breakfast is included. All like a trap. casino is very small .overall -not for kids and families. 3/5”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“No refrigerator No ice machine NO coffee pot One hanger Morning coffee $3.25 for a small cup at the bar/restarant Because of that we did not eat at the restaurant! Very clean but no Virginia City ambiance. Checked out & stayed elsewhere for 3 nights. Also they replaced the grass outside with artificial turf! Result-no horses came up for a snack. ”
